Today as I was working in a Google Doc I realized that every time I was opening a new document I kept changing the font to a different font, but it was always the same font I was changing it to. Its a simple fix, but just an extra step when creating a document. It took a few seconds to do a search and figure out how to fix that and here it is!!
To set a preferred font for your new documents:
Once you have done that, then your new font will be set for all of your new documents. To add new fonts to your list:
